Shipping & Delivery

FirestoneWalkerStore.com ships most in stock orders within 2 business days of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Next day and 2nd day shipping are available. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S Postal Service (USPS).

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 30 day return period during which you can return any unworn, unwashed, or otherwise “as new” items with a 15% restocking fee. No refunds after 30 days. You must email us a request for RMA (return merchandise authorization) before returning your product. Shipping charges both outgoing and returning are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Any orders without out RMA will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

If we shipped the wrong product, or it arrived damaged or defective, please email us right away so we can replace the item or issue a refund or store credit.

Exchanges (for size/color/etc) must also receive an RMA via email prior to shipment or receipt by us.
